Beauty High was a site that focused on millenial's beauty needs. The site needed a makeover so I sat down with beauty director and editor in chief to figure out the priorities. One of the main objectives was to bring up engagment for Virtual Makeover Tool (http://stylecaster.com/virtual-makeover/) which was a big driver for the company's revenue stream. In order to meet this objective, the team decided to put an emphasis on tutorial contents and uitilze those contents to bump up the engagement for the tool. In result, this direction helped us to convince more brand managers to get on the CMS tool we built internally which resulted increase in revenue. The monthly uniques also increased more than 10% within 6 months after overhaul.
